Care Revolution Rhine-Ruhr - 10th regional group of the network

A regional Care Revolution group has also been active in the Rhine-Ruhr region for a few weeks now. It was founded following an event organised by female students at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences on 12 December 2016. After an input from Gabriele Winker and a panel discussion between her, representatives from ver.di NRW/Düsseldorf, "Wir Frauen - das feministische Blatt" and the audience, the participants agreed to set up a regional network. The first network meeting took place on 20 January 2017. The next one will follow on 22 March 2017. Our young network is currently still small with 10 members who come from the fields of study, teaching, trade union work and journalism, among others.
