Nico's farm on the move against Spahn's appointment as health minister

Aktuelles – 14. March 2018
On Saturday 24 March, Arnold Schnittger, chairman of the Nico's Farm association, will set off from Hamburg's Rathausmarkt at five minutes to twelve to walk to Berlin in protest against Spahn's appointment as health minister. You can find his open letter to Spahn here. His concern is that there will be no fundamental improvements in care - as promised - with Health Minister Spahn. According to Arnold Schnittger, Spahn's latest statements seem to confirm his worst fears. The aim of this walk is to raise awareness on the way to Berlin and draw attention to the problems of family carers, but also to care in general. There seems to be no end in sight to this care crisis and Arnold Schnittger does not believe that "having a coffee with Mr Spahn" will improve the situation in the slightest, especially as he is unlikely to be allowed to attend. The hike is therefore primarily an expression of protest. Arnold Schnittger is hoping for numerous "joiners" to make it clear to those responsible that this undignified care situation has long since exceeded the limits of what is tolerable."For a coffee with Mr Spahn"The route and schedule:24.3.
