A "Colourful evening (not only) for family carers" will take place in Hamburg on 8 March. Arnold Schnittger will read from his book "Ich berühr den Himmel - Mit dem Rollstuhl durch Deutschland" (I touch the sky - with a wheelchair through Germany), Dr Hanneli Döhner, member of the coordination team of the Hamburg regional group of the association "wir pflegen - Interessenvertretung begleitender Angehöriger und Freunde in Deutschland e. V." (we care - representation of the interests of accompanying relatives and friends in Germany), and Inge Hannemann, member of the Hamburg Parliament, will provide information about the situation of family carers, also in connection with "Hartz-IV".V.", and Inge Hannemann, member of the Hamburg Parliament, will provide information on the situation of family carers, also in connection with "Hartz-IV", and Turid Müller will provide background music for the evening.
