For a feminist left: With Care in the European elections

In this event, we will examine the potential of care as a central guideline for left-wing economic policy at European level. The assumption is that care offers the possibility of revealing the connections between different problem areas as a cross-thematic theory and practice and of being a basis for the formulation of left-wing solutions. We will examine the draft election programme of the Left in the European Parliament from an eco-feminist perspective and discuss possible additions and priorities from the care movement and feminist economics.
