Nothing works without us. How care workers in cleaning, kitchens and transport are fighting for fair pay and working conditions.

Cleaning, kitchen, transport and other "service" areas in hospitals have been outsourced in recent decades:
That is, they have been outsourced to other companies. The result of this is lower wages, fewer days off and generally
less collective bargaining coverage. At the same time, migrant colleagues often work in these areas under the most precarious conditions.

However, our colleagues are not putting up with this and are fighting for insourcing so that they are once again part of the same collective agreement
as the carer, the doctor or the receptionist!

In addition to interactive methods, where there is room for personal experiences and thoughts, we will hear from our guests,
how they defend themselves against the devaluation and exploitation of their labour!
