"Shopping malls to care centres - how does feminist socialisation work"

Care work organised in solidarity and distributed fairly? Everyone receives the necessary care support and can express their needs? That sounds obvious and yet incredibly far removed from our everyday experiences. How do we get there? The 'Care in the Park Centre' campaign presents its project to transform a vacant shopping centre in south-east Berlin into a care centre. The event will also place this project in the context of the idea of feminist socialisation, which aims to fundamentally transform care facilities and their financing as well as housing and family relationships.
