Invisible Labour Day also in Munich on 1 May

There was also a sensational campaign in Munich to mark Invisible Labour Day. With the support of Bavaria's largest and strongest woman, the Bavaria, the Care.Macht.Mehr initiative drew attention to invisible work such as caring for relatives, raising children or housework on 1 May 2017 and campaigned for more recognition of these care activities. At the information market at the central DGB rally in Munich, visitors were able to poke their heads through a photo wall with the image of Bavaria and have their picture taken with slogans such as "Everyone is talking about work.
