Care Revolution Rhine/Main at 1st May in Frankfurt

It has become a tradition in the Frankfurt regional group to take part in the trade union celebrations on 1 May - "Labour Day". It is true that the trade unions are mainly concerned with gainful employment as a means of securing the livelihood of the majority of the population. But because the maintenance of the prevailing "necronomy" (an economy hostile to life and in love with death) is only possible through the imperial exploitation of unpaid care work and natural resources, we point out with our banners that this reduction of the concept of "work" to its marketed, i.e. paid part, helps to conceal this fact and is therefore system-preserving, because we internalise the narrative of "necronomy" as having no alternative.

And so, on 1 May, we celebrate the "Day of Invisible Labour" - hopefully, constant dripping wears away the stone!
