Radical politics in the care movement - yes, of course! But what is it anyway?

Activists in the Erfurt education collective Biko advocate the position "Radicalise yourselves!" in the book of the same name*. But what does this mean in paid and unpaid care work, in which it is often enough a question of somehow making ends meet, in which the other side is difficult to grasp and economic pressure is difficult to build up, in which care workers all too often perceive themselves as overwhelmed and helpless?

The speakers will present their theses on radicalism in the area of tension between immediate improvement of one's own situation and change in social conditions and relate them to practical experience. Joint discussion and exchange of experiences will take centre stage.
