Material for the presentation of the Care Revolution network

In order to present what the Care Revolution network does and what we stand for at street parties, rallies or similar occasions, we have produced a series of boards in the Freiburg regional group. One board consists of 8 A4 sheets that are stuck onto an A1 board, the usual format for advertising at tram stops in Freiburg, but certainly easy to find in other cities too. We nailed this board to two wooden slats so that the text is at eye level. Three boards at a time can be easily joined together, e.g. with gaffa tape, and stand firmly - as long as the wind doesn't blow too hard... The boards themselves can be reused, even with different texts. These boards have proved to be a good incentive to stand still and a point of reference for discussions at the DGB's May Festival and a climate policy street festival. The challenge, which we will certainly have to continue to work on, is to make them both substantial and not banal, while at the same time encouraging people to stand still. It has to be colourful and eye-catching, but at the same time, it has to make a point. Photos and graphics have been integrated to make it colourful, and it has proved a good idea to print some of the pages on coloured paper. We have produced panels on Care Revolution in general, on Care and Climate and on our Freiburg focus topic of care for the elderly. We want to put them on the Care Revolution website as they are gradually revised. Use them, adapt them to your local needs!
